Garages submit reimbursement requests for marketing activities. Every dossier was reviewed by hand against a wide range of criteria. With that many verification steps, applying each criterion the same way in every dossier is barely possible; assessments varied, and the process took time.
A robot exports the requests submitted through the internal platform. An AI agent reviews each dossier against 40 predefined compliance checks: brand guidelines such as logo placement and contrast, legal requirements such as a missing CO₂ disclosure, and whether the advertising content matches the submitted invoice. The results appear in a Power App that explains every check and handles the entire reimbursement process.
