Garages submit reimbursement requests for marketing activities. Every request was reviewed by hand against a wide range of criteria. With that many verification steps, applying each criterion the same way in every request was barely possible: assessments varied, and the process took time.
A robot exports the requests submitted through the internal platform. An AI agent reviews each request against 40 predefined compliance checks: brand guidelines such as logo placement and contrast, legal requirements such as the CO₂ disclosure, and whether the advertising content matches the submitted invoice. Every result and its reasoning appear in a Power App - a central place where the team reviews the checks and processes the reimbursement.
